Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged in transit.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the item at returns@wabistraps.com. The return window is open for 14 days from the time the package has been delivered, therefore we encourage our customers to email us to alert us of the damage as soon as possible. We will issue further instructions on how to proceed with the return as well as provide our return address. The strap must have no signs of use or wear in order to qualify for a replacement or refund. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available.

If a replacement is not available or has run out of stock, we will refund the full purchase price of your item less the cost of shipping. We only accept returns for defective products, we reject returns for incorrect delivery or buyer's remorse.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wabistraps@gmail.com and return your item to us.

Return shipping
In order to return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost of sending the package to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective Products

Wabi straps takes pride in their products. If there are cases of defective or damaged products, please contact us at returns@wabistraps.com within 14 days of receiving your items and include pictures of the damages. We check all our products before shipping it out to ensure that products sent out are in good order, therefore refunds will be processed on a case by case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Wabi Straps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Wabi Straps will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Buyer's remorse

Wabi Straps does not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as buyer's remorse or regretful purchases.
