Delivery & Shipping

We will process your payment, carefully pack and send your order out in 48 hours. The postage service we use indicates that it takes between 7 to 21 calendar days for international delivery. Delivery time depends on the efficiency of your local postal service and customs.

You may request for expedited shipping at an additional cost by contacting us. We can arrange DHL express tracked shipping on an ad hoc request basis. The service is offered to most countries and usually takes 3 to 5 calendar days and comes with full tracking.

We ship to 220 countries worldwide from our office in Singapore. The only countries we exclude are those not served by the postal service we use.

We provide FREE tracked shipping for orders over 100 SGD. Otherwise, we offer flat rate shipping with tracking at 10 SGD. Express shipping via DHL Express costs 30 SGD.

After we ship your order, you will receive your shipping confirmation email along with tracking number within 24 hours. We ship all our orders with tracking numbers so our customers can monitor the location of their package at all times. These are some things to take note off while you await your package:

Delivery date – Orders sent within Singapore can take between 1 to 5 days to arrive after the shipping date. International orders can take between 7 to 21 days and sometimes there can be a delay in customs, so you may find you will need to wait a few more days.

Delivery address – Was your delivery address entered correctly? Orders are delivered based on the address you indicated on your order.

Delivery Signed– If you notice the tracking indicates that the package has been signed for, be sure you check with your neighbors, building reception or anyone living with you if they received the package on behalf of you.

Wabistraps will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, or any other "acts of God.” While we pride ourselves on our watch straps, we have no control over transit times and sincerely ask for your patience if there are any delays in shipment.

Returns & Refunds

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you feel that the item you purchased is unsuitable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. The merchandise must be returned unworn, unmounted* and in its original condition. Upon receiving your return, we will issue your refund in 2 to 3 working days. For returns of 3 or more items, refund will be given in the form of store credit.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us outside of the specified delivery time.

*Straps that have been mounted on a watch is considered worn.

If you received your straps and is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please email us with the following information in as much detail as possible.

-Your order number

-Description detailing the issue

-If the product has been worn

-A few images showing the issue (if any)

We will communicate with you to resolve any problems.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take up to 5 working days for the refund transaction to show up in your credit statement.

If you opt to return more than 3 items you purchased, we will issue the refund in the form of store credits which you can use to purchase anything of equal value.

Full refund of what you paid for the product will be issued, excluding the cost of shipping unless the reason for return was due to an issue with your order.

Ordering & Payments

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email notifying you of your order. The notification will include a summary of your order. Alternatively, you can view your order by clicking on the link in the email. Tracking is also provided in the email and you can monitor the location of your parcel by entering the tracking number on the postal service’s tracking page. We have included the URL of that page in the email too.

We process all payments in SGD and your payment will be converted at your bank’s or payment processor’s fairest and most current exchange rate. You may use our currency converter on the top of the page to get an idea of how much an item costs in your home currency. As there are constant fluctuations in forex rates, this should only be use as a rough indicator of the final price.

Sometimes there can be problems placing the payment for your order, there are a few things you can try to resolve this. You can try using a different device or browser, this can sometimes solve the problem. If your card payment is not being accepted, you can try using the Paypal option.

Product & Size Guide

We are re-stocking products all the time, but sometimes it can be a few months before they are available again, you can sign up for our back in stock notification and we will send you an email as soon as they are back in stock.

As much as we’d like to help you, we are unfortunately not able to perform repairs. Do consider purchasing another one to replace it by visiting our store.

The first thing you will need to find out is the lug width of your watch. This is the width of the gap where the strap attaches to the watch head. If you need some help with sizes, please take a look at our size help page here!

Discounts & Newsletter

We will keep you updated on money-off vouchers, exclusive offers, and latest product news. If you like watches, we will send you updates about our newest blog posts about watches and ideas on how you can pair your straps with different types of watches. Furthermore, new sign ups get an exclusive one time promo code.

If you scroll to the bottom of this page you will see our newsletter sign-up box, just enter your email address. Once you have done this, we will send you a confirmation subscription email that you will need to agree to before we add you into our newsletter list. This email may get filtered into your spam or promotions folder, so please keep an eye out for it.

All of our discount and codes can be applied on the field that says “Discount Code” on the checkout page. Simply type in the code and click the “Apply” button. If you apply your discount code successfully, the total price should change and you can proceed with payment.

*For discount codes that do not work, please check on the terms and conditions of that promotion.

Discount codes are only valid at the time of ordering and cannot be applied after you have made the purchase. However, you may use the code with your next purchase.

Only one discount code is valid at any one time. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount codes.
